Toe-in in mm

can anyone post a picture on how the Toe-in is measured on the pred. It is in mm and not in °
before I was always thinking in ° but now I'm using setup sheets I need help.
(with or without wheels, etc etc)

1picture with maybe some markings in paint would make me very happy
