Morning all, I went down to my local LHS but found him lacking the parts I needed so I assumed I would be able to get them quicker direct from TTech, ordered on Tuesday and still waiting, how long does it normally take? I was meant to give the X10 Hybrid saloon its first competitive outing on Sunday at the Carpet Masters though it looks like I'll have to run My Xray T1R instead now

I never got any email back after requesting the pics - though Hotmail has been playing up lately so if you could send them again that would be great,
Unfortunately the order status on the TTech site still says pending, so I'll probably drop them a phone call soon.
I just got back from racing and have heard some very disturbing news.
Apparently Vega power has been sold, and once it was sold the original owner sold it again to someone else. Or something of the sorts.
Along with this alot of people were talking about TTech and how it was a shame it has folded.
If someone could tell me that its just the rumour mill spinning and theres nothing to worry about that would be fantastic, especially considering the amout of TTech stuff I own - I require lots of parts, no TTech is a very bad thing for me!!

I don't think it is, and I have not heard that myself but that dose not mean it is not true. I just ordered some parts from them like a week ago and there didn't seem to be anything wrong.
I really, REALLY hope you are not right about that.

I just recieved my parts from ttech this morning. I ordered them on Monday the 27th. Super fast shipping and I live in California USA. Ian has been great help with every order I have made and also with the questions I have had over the past few weeks. I hope you are wrong with this news.

Tom - I'll send the phot again.
I have spoken to Ian at t.tech this week, so i dobt very much that they have folded. This sort of news goues round and round with t.tech, unfortuneately.
Vega dissappeared from their shop site several months ago - T.tech were a distributor, not the owners, if i recall correctly.

TTech did own the rights to the Vega stuff. However they sold it as they want to concentrate things they manufacture.
TTECH has not folded
Hope that helps?

Vega was a Richard Weatherly company much like TTech and others if you want the esc's they were the GM speedo's available from Germany with a differant label

I don't think putting things like that on a forum are particularly helpful as it just helps perpetuate the rumour which I can assure you is totally FALSE! I spoke to Ian at Ttech today to order some parts and the reason they have parted company with Vega is so that they can concentrate on the cars and the TCS system. They have not folded and although I ordered numerous parts they had all but one (spur gears) in stock.
