I posted this here since the X10 is their product...
It's hard to support a company that doesn't answer 3 emails sent to them, one of them being an order for a bunch of parts indicating that their webstore software doesn't allow me to put in a proper US address (which makes me wonder how anyone in the US is hoping to receive anything they order?).
Even trying their phone number I got an "all lines are busy" message (though this is probably not their problem but you'd think they'd at LEAST answer a simple email!).
Anyone else have issues getting 10th Technologies' attention when it comes to placing an order? Makes me take a second look on whether I really want to risk $$$ on their X10.

normally they always answer, but now they are very busy and I think they have/had alot of emails asking for pictures, I emailed them for something else, no answer either. The company is not that big so I presume they are all working very hard to release the car and emails are coming 2nd place now I guess. (because it was always Richard himself who replied...)

I understand what you're saying, but to me (owning several businesses) that is just plain irresponsible and poor for business. I happen to own several of their predators and their lack of response cost them my business for their new one. If this is the example of their service when it comes to new orders, I can't imagine how lackluster or non-existent it will be when people have support questions or want to order spare parts for their product once it's released.
This is just poor service no matter how big or small they are. See what I mean?

I can agree totally with what you are saying, but don't worry....www.the-pred.co.uk could very well be an official supplier of pred parts and cars in the near future, so if you need anything, e:mail me, I will explore all the avenues open to me, and try everything to help you.
don't send me a pm, as I am not sure as to the security of the system. I will be accepting payment by either bank transfer or paypal by the way.
I understand your frustration, but stick with this website, and hopefully all of the problems will be past memories. You need to remember T.Tech is basically three people. Richard, Gavin and Rae. They all also work at CentrePoint so with the car, and everything else they really are pushed. I got an e:mail at 12:30am last Sunday morning from Richard giving me advance pictures of the X10, so I know he's working hard

Well, as it so happens I sent an email off to ttechracing instead of their cpr hotmail account (as listed on the e-shop and contacts page) and got a response from Richard today. He indicated they had server problems and would get back to my specific order shortly. So I'm content again! They would be wise to have you on-board as a distibution channel! -Alex

Good to hear someone gets a response franckly i have been waiting two weeks for a response. Have sent a number of messages no response. Via the rumour mill i have heard the car will now not be available untill end of july, which is nice.
The concept of waiting for a product ordered and a deposit paid for 5 months is ridiculous. i am sure that someone will respond with nice smiley comments about the car being worth the wait, and Richard being a nice bloke, but come on am i the only one who feels misled? Let down?
and with the history of the company (5 months old by the way in its current guise of ait trading) why am i surprised?

Let down? and with the history of the company (5 months old by the way in its current guise of ait trading) why am i surprised? Like i said before, given the past history i walked on the safe side to save myself dissappointment, Your quite right to feel like you've been let down, i know i would if i had put a downpayment and was led to believe so and so was going to come out only to hear from the graphine a different story. I know even the optimists would be having a shed of doubt by now. The more time drags on i think people will just get fed up and end up being bitter about it, and if i was the owner of so and so company id be very concerned, as those would be the people spreading their own experiences and that could be the sole factor thats sways Mr.Joe publics opinion into getting a different make of car altogether. If you cant look after you present would be customers what chance do you have for the future?. Do i see an own goal in the making?. It doesnt surprise me that im playing it cool at this time as im not racing at the moment, but if i was i would probably be venting a lot harder than Pro4nut here.

I'm sure you do know what he means...."the history begins again" is the marketing catchline for the X10, and sure enough all of the lateness of deliveries and false deadlines are appearing again, just as they did with the old cars....so the history has begun again! ...those who don't understand their history are destined to repeat it...
