As you guys know i cancelled my order but did not receive my deposit back, well now i know why. i got back from holiday checked my bank balance and it would appear that i am the owner of a new x10, but it has not arived. having read chris last post i know why that may be, but what am i to do. i was again considering ordering the car but was intending on waiting on my next pay day for what should be obvouis reasons, i now am skint,,, have an empty fridge and am unable to travel to work,
any advice?

Sadly my wife has already removed them after she checked my bank balance, she may intend to sell them but i will most likely not benefit from any transactions...

Ohh god!!!!  That has gotta suck, big time!!.. I would be real pissed if i were in your shoe's. I would feel real screwed if that happened to me having cancelled the order. I know who would be accountable should i decide to kick up a fuss to the solicitors Such a mess if you ask me!!! |
