Started to build my X10 tonight, realised that the 2 rear toe titanium turnbuckles are missing. I have emailed TTech, now awaiting a reply. hope its sorted soon.
A little frustrating.

You would be better ringing Richard up. sometimes he is a little slow at replying to e:mails, if he does at all! Their contact number is on the website. I haven't managed to get through on their spares hotline yet!

Called TTech using the phone number listed on there website. A really helpfull lady took my name and X10 chassis number asked what parts where missing, they turned up this morning by registered post. Not bad, keep it up.

i have already had to order spares and received them in under 24hours service is top if you phone!

the really helpful lady is called Rae...she is exceptional at her job, and makes you feel valued...I have ordered too many steering parts from her recently, and they have all turned up within 24 hours. truly remarkable customer service. obviously they (t.tech) have learned a valuable lesson in customer service.
