you need to make sure that you are putting the motor in straight. It is easy enough to get that wrong without realising.
this is a problem with earlier X10's but t.tech released a high clamping pressure motor mount that appears to have eradicated the problem now.

why the motor is moved also locking the closing screw strongly? solution? thakns to all and exscuse for my bad english... ;D If change the screw to a longer cap-head M3 (the kind you tighten with a 2.5MM Allen wrench). the motor will not move so much. It works for me.

Also tighten it up as much as you dare, and then a little more! I recently stripped the head out of a 2.5mm allen type bolt on my motor mount! G
