Hi, just curious about servo mounting, it looks as if they want you put the mounts at the front of the servo. All my servos have a little notch for added support on the front side. I've never seen mounts at the front, always on the inside.
How are you guys using the stock mounts, are you dremeling a groove on the servo mounts to account for this notch?
Why didn't they just move the chassis holes back a bit and use rear mounts.. Or maybe I am confused. A Factory servo horn would have been nice too...

:)If you look at the instruction manual it tells you to remove the notch on your servo before fitting the servo mounts to enable them to fit flush. You can do this with a sharp modelling knife, me personally I wasn't impressed with the supplied servo mounts and how close the servo ended up to the chassis. I suppose its just me being pessimistic as Richard at ttech states to run without a servo saver but I like to use one as I tend to crash more than some. I used Tamiya Tb Evo IV/V TRF415 alloy servo mounts. I mounted them to the front of the servo and this gave me plenty of room to mount a servo saver. If your not bothered about running a servo saver just shave the notches of your servo and screw the supplied mounts to the front of your servo.
