Make Mine A Guiness!

Right then.

I have given this some thought over the weekend, and I have decided to for a trial period of 3 months, (officially starting from August 1st), have all of the other categories on this board. I know there are a lot of other manufacturers of cars out there, but they are mainly nitro powered, and I know close to nothing about nitro cars. If I have missed any obvious manufactureres out, send me a PM with them, and I will include it.

As you all know, the-pred.co.uk is a site given to (at the time) memory of the predator, and it was put on here to provide a resource to keep the car alive. I like to think it did a little bit more than that, and indeed it helped to bring the car back to life!

But the site is in danger of becoming dead in the water, as has been pointed out to me on more than one occasion, and I dont want that to happen. So I have decided to make the site a little more commercial.

over the next few months this site will hopefully undergo some big changes. But it will always remain independent of any manufacturer.

I doubt it will ever become another "racehcat" forum, but I dont want that to happen anyway. What it will hopefully become is something a little different that will at the very least pay for itself! (No - I wont be asking for any money from anybody for membership or anything like that).

Stick with it, and keep promoting the site!

Something to celebrate about today as i got the news ive been waiting for a while, been a long time coming and im glad to say the least that the day finally arrived. Im moving to the other side of the pond, on a permanent basis i might add ;D . Am i happy??...YEHHHHAAAAAA.. YOU BETCHA.!!!!!...

Now i got a mile wait for sale of the house to finally go through..

Thanks m8, lets just say the wife is very very very homesick and with me being a little fed up to say the least i thought we give it a go. Being there for 3 months myself when i was younger made me realize what i was missing on, then playing cars and women overshodowed all the plans i had going there on my own steam and so 13 years on married with children is when the original plan will pan itself out.

As with my preds, haha i was thinking someone would ask me that and you were the lone suspect chris, thanks for not letting me down lol.. I will be moving all of my collection over there too, funny though that i got a lot of cars over there that ive collected that are stored at my relatives as well as my misses so its those to look forward to when we move. ;D

I will hopefully should be racing the Pred, thats if it ever gets out of their doors before i leave ..Otherwise i could always race the Schueys. I wont be racing anything over popular make of car as ive always been a sucker for racing underdogs. ;D

well I am sure that I wont be alone in wishing you and your family every success whilst you are over there, both with your racing and with whatever plans you have put into place!

don't forget to keep in touch and when you get stuck for pred spares you know where to come!

Well, Started packing as of yesterday. I didnt realise i have so much stuff until boxes started pouring in from my house into yellow storage place, i took one of the biggest units that they do which goes for bout a couple of hundreds which is fair i thinks. I may be in your neighbourhood coop when i go over to visit relatives, wanna race? ;D
