Richard has recently re-structured the way that T.Tech work, and that is why the phones are not being answered!
If you telephone the switchboard, you get an answerphone. All messages on the answerphone will be picked up at the end of the day and dealt with then. If you need spares for your car, ring the spares hotlone, and you will get straight through. The hotline number is on the card that you got with your X10.
The re-structuring means that Gavin Clinch is back on board at T.Tech too, which is good news.
