Hey am a total noob here but this car looks irresistble .... what does it top out to ? i suppose thats a lil dependant on motors but generally with the most common motors and gearing . Also what other cars are its competitors on the racing scene . Thanks .

it does depend on the motors and cells that you are running, but if you run like for like against other 4wd cars, the X10 will be quicker in both acceleration and top speed.
My x10 regularly beats xxx4's running 10's using a 12 double and year old "club" spec cells.

kk i was just wondering if anyone timed thease cars on a speed gun .... 40 kmph ? is achieveable if geared ?

I would say easily achievable, with the correct gearing. There must be a mathematical equation that you can use to find the theoretical top speed, as we have the necessary figures, i.e gear ratio's and the rpm of a given motor.

cool thanks for the info .... and again this is the trickest looking electric car ive ever seen ..... so u guys have a factory racing team i guess best of luck .... Well i guess with electrics top speeds arent all that gr8 as compared to nitro's ... but still with all ur lightweight components its gonna be impressive ..... actually i said 40 but am sure thats a kinda low estimate ..... anyways some one plz go out get it on a straight gear it and tell me what speeds ur doing =)
