I read in the oople review that Tom yardy told that the new wheels aren't aceton resistant, but are the old wheels ?
what do you do to remove them on the new/old wheels ? boil them ? bake ? freezer?

The old wheels are definatly acetone resistant. Just leave them in the stuff over night and you'll have your self a new set of wheels in the morning I also heard something about baking them for a couple of minutes and then putting them in the freezer, it is supposed to kill the glue. I remember I tried it once but the Acetone leaves a cleaner result. Don't know about the new wheels tough ... Itsik

The old dished wheels do not like acetone.
The old 5 spoked wheels are fine with acetone.
The new dished wheels do not like acetone (they disappear if left in it overnight!).

the last time that i boiled pred wheels, they became a totally different shap. namely square. so i would not recommend boiling them. currently, i am running indoors with wheels that have tape on the ridges, and then the tyres are glued to the tape. It's worked so far, but not sure what it will do with a modified motor in, or when we get outside, and the wheels get wet. ;D

I normally just pull them off with pliers and clean them up with a file

The oven trick works like this: Pre heat the oven to 200 C (360 F) and wait for the thermostat to kick in then put the wheels in on a plate or tray, not directly on the metal grill, close the oven door and switch the oven off. now all you do is wait for the oven to cool down. once cooled down the glue should be brittle and come off with the tire. I have not tried the freezer one yet.

if i remember correctly superglue debonds itself at around 100c..hency why boiling water works, but no good if the wheels cant take it.
