The 'why' is because of mechanical forces ;D
The 'fix' is to use some 'plastic safe' threadlock on the threads (or small amount of superglue or epoxy glue on the 'shoulder' of the rocker crank) to counter this problem.
'nuff said, MX4

loctite would be the safest in my opinion. With Superglue you run the risk of not getting them out at all.

Loctite most well known for 'threadlock'
i believe that is what he means by loctite
Super glue = cyanoacrylate
its actually easier to undo if you use superglue than it is if you use thread lock. just apply the glue once you have screwed them in.

NO
loctite is a brand that manufactures many differant types of adhesive products.
cyano is the chemical name for superglue
does that translate better??
