Does anyone make a set-up station for 10th offroad buggies? I've only seen them for touring cars and 1/8th scale G

;D don't take it personal graham I understand it can be a handy think but not something that is enivitably (or somethiong like that) I guess the reason why they don't make one is because nobody wants one. maybe you can try to use a touring car board or make something yourself ? besos,

Many thanks for the helpfull remarks, I must repay the favour. G It was just a mere question, im curious as to why in all the years ive been in rc cars that one day someone would be setting 1/10th buggies on a setup station, ok ill admit it was put in an ammusing way but i didnt mean no harm. Ill keep in mind of your fragile nature.

i actually use my team magic setup station with a 1/8th setup board to check camber. To check toe and steering throw you would normally place a perspex plate over the the top and this will give you the angles. However the plate is to short for off road. If anyone out there has access to a suitable piece of perpex about 4mm thick and a router i would be happy to send a drawing of the plate size and dimensions required to make this usuable for off road. I see where your coming from northy as the need to measure toe at the rear of the pred has been bugging me since i got the car.

Thats the main reason I want it, to measure rear toe, as there always looks loads on the car, but I don't think there is.
I'm also looking at suspension geometry and camber change, so I really need to measure these things properly.

Thought so about the toe in thing. This is what i use www.cmldistribution.co.uk/product.php?productId=0000001103&menu=CAR&subMenu=CR-SETonly the 1/10th version, if the perspex plate that fits on top was wider then it would be spot on for buggy toe measuring, you can also check the steering throw balance side to side. i think though that the 1/8th on road version may well be wide enough? i think those cars run up to a 235mm width. sorry at work so i can't measure anything
