This was the set up i used at the Tiverton national 2006- low traction, severe bumps and made of clay.
Front Rear
Springs - 6.5t 6.0t/gold Pistons - hard/valve soft Piston hole - std std Oil weights - ass. 35wt ass. 50wt Toe-in per side - parallel 2degs Camber per side - 0 deg 2 degs Castor - right back Ground clearance - 16mm 22mm Anti-roll bars - none none Front upright to upper wishbone - std spacer rear lower upright - upper hole Damper pickup point - middle Tyres - PL step-pins M3 PL step-pins M3 (The fronts were cut n shut to 8 rows in width) 1.5mm spacer under the rear fixing point of the front wing.
Motor - Orion V2 10x2 Cells - Orion GP4300 team cells Speedo setting - max Front brake balance - 2 x o rings Pinion - 20 Spur - 73 overall ratio - 8.9

When you say you use 6.5t spring on the front do you mean the silver 1.4 dia 6.5t or the black 1.3 dia 6.5t?

He means the softer 6.5 turn 1.3 mm (9 lb/in) Ralphy. He said he changed back to the 6.5 from the kiddy set up (at which he had a 6.0) to get more roll out of the front (more roll = softer).
