At Chris's request, here is my starting setup.
F Sus.
Toe: 0
Caster: Stock
Camber: -2 Deg
Ride Height: 16mm
Shock Oil: 30wt
Piston: Hard+Valve
Spring: Black 6.0T/1.3
Tires: Losi Blockheads Silver
R Sus
Toe Link Length: 17.5mm
Camber: -1.5 Deg
Ride Height: 22mm
Sway bar: Std with the mounts on the holes closer to the chassis (Stiff)
Shock oil: 50wt
Piston: 2 hole
Spring: Silver 6.5T/1.4 + Preload spring
Rod End Mounting: Lower Hole
Tires: Bow-Tie M3 or Holeshot M3
Wings: Std
OneWay: Almost Locked (all the O-rings on the coupling)
The tires mentioned here work very good on tracks with a lot of loose dirt on them, you can adjust the car to differant grip levels (blue groove etc.) by using other tires.
