boonster - sorry, I do not have one. I will try and scan it in at work on Monday and mail it to you then.

Thanks Chris, but i would think that emailing a soft copy would be easier as the trip down to the post office and packaging it for postage would be quite a hassle? i am very sorry to have bothered you these past few days with my emails.

boonster - you haven't been a bother at all - no need to apologise.
I will speak to richard on Monday and see if he is willing to, or indeed has, an electronic version of the manual to send to you.
