X10 Transmission.

I have now broken 2 front Pinion Gears even with the collars on.
The little lugs break off.
Rear is ok. Done the extra bearing mod.
The front diff is as instruction manual says. Not tight at all.
I feel like soldering or brazing gear onto shaft or even glueing it. If i glue it i have some Acetone to remove it if something happens to shaft/gear.

Any help to solve this problem or any tips would be appreciated.

How's the gear mesh?
Is it possible it is too tight thus inflicting preasure on the pinion it self?
