Hi all, i have just come to my car and the front diff is now clicking (about 10 times a revolution) It is something binding somewhere. I have just stripped and cleaned + regreased the diff and it is still doing it? Are there any parts that wear that may cause this?

Have you fitted a spring in your 1 way?

It is doing this with the diff removed from the car in my hand. Imagine it is like a clock and at each individual time, there is a severe stiff point. Hope this helps

If this problems still here after a perfect cleaning of the diff..... ? Examine your diff plates to see if there's not a scratch on them or.... Ditto for the thrust race
