Thanks for the explanation pro4nut can you explain why AIT are using Solictors to contact the model shops demanding that payment goes to AIT rather than Centrepoint which is far from normal procedure. If you have any influence at Centrepoint maybe you could ask them to answer the phone tomorrow afternoon!

i own and run a model shop, i pay ait/ttech/centrepoint through a factoring agency, many suppliers operate this way and it is not unusal, some one is just stirring for whatever reason. all x10 owners recieved a card with the kit, on there is the spares hotline number, they always have answered me. anybody coming to stotfold racing be aware i will be carrying x10 spares so if you need anything let me know and i will bring it along. john

I have been watching this thread for a couple of days now, and even posted short reply from Richard to quell the rumours, but still they persist!
We must sound like a bunch of gossip merchants. I think the final post from ModelImages is all the clarification that is needed, along with that "quote" from Richard, so I am going to lock this thread before somebody says something libellous! I really cannot afford any legal expenses at all so please dont hound me for this "RaceChatism"!!!!
